Portobello's are delicious as a starter. Especially if you fill them with delicious salmon and mozzarella.

Recipe for 4 people;

Ingredients:

4 Portobello mushrooms

200 gr. Salmon steak

4 Cloves of Garlic

1 sweet pepper

1 red pepper

2 shallots

150 gr. Grated mozzarella cheese

25 gr. Butter

Chives

Olive oil

Pepper

Salty

Preparation:

Carefully clean the portobellos and cut off the stem. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Finely chop the garlic, sweet pepper, shallots and red pepper and fry them briefly in a frying pan. Season the salmon steak with salt and paper and a little garlic. Put the salmon in aluminum foil and add a little olive oil. Place the salmon and the portobellos on a baking tray and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the salmon from the aluminum foil and mash it with a fork. Add a little fried garlic, sweet pepper, shallots and red pepper. Now fill the portobellos with the salmon mix and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over it. Put them back in the oven for a while until the cheese has melted nicely and has a crust. Make a bed of the remaining fried garlic, sweet pepper, shallots and red pepper and place the stuffed portobello on top. For the finishing touch, some chives on the melted cheese.

If you want to turn this starter into a small main course, you can add sweet potatoes.

Enjoy your meal …
